      We will strengthen customer relations with more frequent visits and other efforts to accurately understand their needs. We will develop mechanisms that do not rely on individual skills, including proposals based on issues and industry trends, and create continuous growth and new possibilities.

    • Strengthen price competitiveness by talking with customers

      We will share transparent information on the prices of raw materials and manufacturing costs, and build information-based fair transactional relations, so that both sides can achieve sustainable growth.

    • Improve customer satisfaction using an Inside Sales Group

      We will set up an Inside Sales Group, and staff it with personnel that are highly skilled in sales and have specialized knowledge. We will respond promptly to inquiries received through Reagent Direct, link these inquiries to further new proposals, and offer multifaceted support to customers.

    Main initiatives
    • Transition to an organizational structure that successively produces leaders in various fields

      We will set up a new Production Engineering Group with the aim of cultivating personnel that can become leaders and expanding the role of the Production Division. Through strengthening production technology development and mass production technologies, we will keep cultivating leaders and improving the skills of personnel to support a sustainable supply chain.

    • Strengthen leadership in the industry with strategies for production and distribution bases, and designs for mass production

      We will concurrently streamline the distribution network, build mass production systems at plants, and run projects to develop production technologies. We will optimize costs and benefits, and maintain systems that can keep up with the growth of businesses.

    • Become more skilled in process design to shorten lead times in the production process, and improve productivity

      We will compile an equipment planning manual and share it with all offices and bases, with the aim of shortening lead times in the production process and improving productivity. Using automation and digital transformation (DX), we will realize efficient production sites, and promptly deliver products to customers.

    • Use our technical capabilities to drive the development of products in new fields, and to expand and enhance environmentally friendly chemicals

      We will move forward with product development in new fields, and devise a development schedule in cleaning solutions (post-CMP and post-dicing cleaning). The aim is for partial commercialization by sometime in 2026. Additionally, we will expand and enhance the range of ultra-high-purity grade chemicals, and also develop alternatives to existing chemicals that can reduce our environmental footprint.
